The aim of this course is for drivers to be able to administer emergency first aid compentently and be able to assess emergency situations. The course is run to HSE guidelines.

This course also covers subject area 2 of the Drivers CPC and covers 7 hours of the cpc.

Driver CPC Training

Driver CPC is a European Union directive that affects all professional LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) and PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) drivers.

For new drivers it introduces an initial qualification, the Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), which increases the amount of knowledge that drivers need before they can drive.

There is funding that can assist with the cost of your training and development including Skills Development Scotland (SDS) Individual Learning Accounts (ILA). Contact us for further information.

Our training centres in Dumfries, Huntly and Carlisle serve Scotland and Northern England.

We can also deliver training directly at your own business location from our mobile classroom training vehicle.
