Got a vocational licence C1/C or C+E and not done your driver cpc?

If you didnt gain your driver qualification card by Sept 2014 and havent done anything towards your cpc, you can now sit the initial qualification to gain your first driver qualification card.

To do this you will need to contact the DVSA  on 0300 200 1188 to get a licence check which takes up to 10 working days

Once the licence check has been accpeted you will then need to book the LGV driver cpc theory test (Module 2) through the DVSA website or by telephone - 0300 200 1122. You will sit this test at your local Pearson theory test centre.

Module 4: This is booked through ourselves & you will complete a 4 hour training session & a practical 30 minute demonstration test - usually on seperate days.

Driver CPC Training

Driver CPC is a European Union directive that affects all professional LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) and PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) drivers.

For new drivers it introduces an initial qualification, the Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence), which increases the amount of knowledge that drivers need before they can drive.
